Our Story

Our intention from the beginning was simple: to share the authentic flavors of Vietnam with the world.

EMBE was born at the intersection of two worlds. Having roots in Vietnam and years spent living abroad, the connection to home never faded—a place defined by its bold coffee and vibrant tropical fruits. This perspective sparked the idea of bringing these everyday flavors to people beyond Vietnam.

We source our coffee from small-scale cooperatives across Vietnam’s Central Highlands, including Buôn Ma Thuột, Đắk Lắk, Gia Lai, and Lâm Đồng.

These cooperatives are communities of local farmers who work together, sharing knowledge, resources, and quality standards. Through this collective approach, they improve cultivation methods and create more stable, transparent livelihoods.

Our beans are naturally processed, then roasted and packaged at origin in Vietnam, preserving their full character before being shipped to the Netherlands. Alongside coffee, we offer dried fruits selected with the same philosophy: simple, minimally processed, and true to their natural flavor.
